Technique: One-hand coupling with ball lock. It is a low-leakage coupling system with minimal dead space, also known as flat face. Air pockets are excluded during the coupling process, as the valves in plug and coupling lie flat on top of each other before the locking process takes place. During the unlocking process, the valves in plug and coupling are closed before the plug can be removed out of the coupling. This means that both sides of the connection are closed and no medium can leak out.
Technical Characteristics: Material Coupling: back part, sleeve, coupler body and valve are made of stainless steel AISI 316. Seals FFKM (Kalrez). Spring and circlip stainless steel AISI 316. Balls stainless steel AISI 316. Material plug: stainless steel AISI 316
